Rule #1: She is ALWAYS Right

Most couples eventually come to realize, after that initial 'honeymoon' phase when neither can do no wrong, that eventually, in EVERY argument, the woman is ALWAYS right … I guess it’s a “girly“ thing…

After our last small quarrel before ultimately admitting defeat, my better half summoned forth all the power he could muster, and faintly muttered: Gosh, you simply CAN’T be right EVERY time…

… But, here's the thing; I am…not because I am a woman, but because I always come to ANY discussion with solid arguments, healthy ones, tested and proven…

I am very well aware that a women's “righteousness” really digs into the macho-esque idea of a man's place in a relationship. Look, I get it; the man should be the pillar of the relationship, the quintessential keystone keeping everything from tumbling down around us. It can be a very frustrating thing when some petite little lady raises her finger, and gently waves it from side to side, as she calmly states that she is right and this argument is over.

Now if you are one of those guys that simply can’t stand that kind of women, and while reading this you grumble, 'nope, my woman is not like that, and no way I would put up with such a and no way I would put up with such a woman…' Take a seat, as here comes some more bad news, a bit of salt on the wound so-to-speak...

The forex market is most definitely..... A WOMAN!

I can hear you laughing... but seriously, think about it... let me give you some sound argumentative evidence; (I am always prepared, so if you're ready to admit defeat now, you can stop reading):

'She' is unpredictable, 'She' acts irrational, and 'she' is always right… 'She' is driving you completely nuts, but the first thing you think of when you wake up in the morning is; where is 'she' and what has “she" been up to last night.

There are those days, those 'special' days of the month when you simply can’t understand wtf she is doing, no matter how hard you try …

'She' has kept you up on sleepless nights more times than you can count, 'she' has emptied your pockets so many times that your wallet is essentially hers, and then there are those moments where you can FEEL an ulcer coming on… Maybe you even tried leaving 'her' a few times, but you kept coming back…

Why? Simple. From the moment you saw 'her' you simply couldn't imagine your life without 'her'…

You see, I AM right, Forex IS a woman, there is NO other conceivable possibility. (LOL)

Now that I most likely upset the majority of the male readers of this blog, and before you start to hate my 'I’m always right attitude,' let’s cut to the chase and get to the point:

Us Women are not all bad…

It is everybody’s dream to find their perfect soulmate. That person they were meant to be with, just as it's everybody’s dream to invent, create, buy, or develop a perfect trading system that wins every trade it enters.

Accept it; the market is a 'She'... You need to learn to love 'her' and live with 'her' just the way 'she' is.

Sure, it hurts when you get slammed by the market, wiping away months of profit in a blink of an eye. No psychological self-treatment will help. No one is immune to that, except maybe if you were trading with someone else’s money. Yes, women can be sarcastic as well. Surprise.

It is Human Nature that forces us to fight back and try to get back on our feet when life pushes you down.  

When confronted with 'her' wicked tantrums and bipolar whip saws newbies lose their mind and start thinking about their 'revenge,' while the more experienced traders look forward to the next trade and the Investors are left astonished, thinking how could this have happened...

But the fact is, A  good system is A perfect system. It will have its bad days, it will even have its 'black swan' days, but you shouldn’t abandon your woman because you made the mistake to test here on THAT specific day of the month.

So the next time you are completely out of your mind while the market is steamrolling your account, or that PAMM you invested in is a month deep in drawdown, just remember this, and learn to love 'her' just as she is...

I know I can be hard to deal with, and I know I can REALLY get my guy close to the edge of insanity sometimes, but I am very fortunate because he understood a long time ago that just like in forex, even the winning system has its bad days… He learned to love me and accept me with all my irrationally, with all my craziness, and all my 'I’m right' moments…

On the other hand, I do  LET him be right… occasionally…
